Glimpse at my previous face of innoncence

Here are 2 pics that Mom shared with me from when I was a toddler and I gotta say, I can see the resemblance between Izzy and I now. First is one of Frog and I. I love the jumper I'm rocking. I'd love to get a hold of it for Izzy.

Rocking the pixie cut. I was trendy? Or perhaps just growing out the shaved head that my Mom had me rock in attempts of having thicker hair. Because I'm textbook 2nd child, there aren't quite as many pics of me as a toddler as there are of Frog (I'm trying to make sure I don't do the same w/Joaquin though thanks to digi pics and slick camera phones, I take tons of pics on a regular).

Well, I think we're in the clear of the stomach bug in the house now. I went through the worst of it last night and I'm not even going to go into how bad it was but suffice it to say, I had some tears of frustration and dropped a few f bombs in reference to the damn germs that are flying around like mad. I'm ready for spring. Clean air. Less colds. Less snot. Outdoor time. Less cabin fever. All day winery trips to keep every one happy. Awww ye.

I am really struck by how much Izzy favors you. Beautiful like her mama and her mama before her! Love you MIL

Thank you, Sweet MIL! We've got some solid genes going on in this family. The kids are too cute for their own good. Hopefully they'll go through a solid awkward physical stage for a decade or so, so that they don't count on their good looks to get them through life. ;-)
Love you!
