Calm before the Cleanse

Thanks to Lisi, we're going to be doing a cleanse. Cowboy and I are joining her in a 2 week (I think it's 2 weeks, gotta confirm the plan) cleanse based on a plan that a dietician (a friend she went to college with) put together. So, Spring Cleaning time! Buh bye artificial sugars, processed foods and everything else that is usually on the Yummy list. O_O Hello path to a super whorey bikini this summer? :) 

On the Fitness front, I'm kicking ass and taking names. Seriously, I have never been this consistent. It's only been 3 weeks but what a calorie/fat torching 3 weeks it's been. I'm on fire, folks. Fire! Everything hurts. My freaking armpits are sore. My armpits...

Last night, the kiddos and I went over to my Mom's house to celebrate her birthday. Poor Cowboy has been up and down w/his health and we weren't trying to spread the germy love to the rest of the family so no cake for him. I love seeing her surrounded by her little kin-folk. Gave me pangs of wishing my Grandparents were still alive. You know, that feeling of being loved on by your Grands that no one else can give you? That's the best. Seeing her pride when she looked at all the kiddos and just warmth in being surrounded by family gives me warm fuzzies. It's starting to hit me that she's really leaving soon. It's surreal. I'm not ready for it.

So, which rules apply to which situations? I mean, all break ups are different, well, most breakups are different. Ok, some break ups are different. There are different circumstances as to why the couple (or one of the involved) would decide to end their relationship. It could be an amicable end of a relationship (wishful thinking usually) or one where there's a lot of finger pointing and animosity brewing under the surface. Does blogging work like the government holiday schedule?

Ok, I have no place to say but it seems like all bloggers are already on vacation. Is everyone that blogs really a government employee? I gots nothing showing on my Bloglines for the most part ('cept for Gibson, way to set an example... Oh, and Harms, you're not too much of a slacker either but you've been a busy bee, right?) and it's making me feel like maybe I shouldn't be at work either.
