Hurts so good?
In my attempt to get into my work pants very comfortably (snug just won't do unless we're trying to seduce charm our customers into overlooking any little flaws that could arise in our application), I'm doing cardio daily and weights/resistance as well. That's all fine but.... OUCH! Cowboy, aka The Squadron Leader who won't let go of that role at times, kicked my ass on Wednesday night and now I hurt. Hurt bad. Yesterday was bad enough when I woke up with such soreness but today is much worse. I feel like there's dead flesh just clinging onto my bones in my lower body at this point. See, he had me go through a circuit training 5 times, consisting of many cruel lunges, squats and shoulder presses, push-ups, crunches and curls. The upper body stuff was fine but MAN, the lower body workout had me go till muscle failure.
